Art Madrid, Art Fair of contemporary art, celebrates its 14° edition on the 20th to the 24th of 2019, held for the sixth consecutive year on the Glass Gallery (Cibeles Palace). We are now opening the application period to be part of the central program.

On our 14th year of compromise with contemporary art and we are starting the arrangements for the next edition, promising fascinating news. Art Madrid has always been the pioneer in the Art Market and now has answered the needs for a digital presence. Therefore, we are opening our Art Madrid Market, a platform for diffusion and online sales, which will be open before, in and after the Art Fair. This initiative will help galleries and artist to gain exposure, removing barriers and expanding horizons.

Art Madrid is now an important part of the Madrid Art Week, every February gathering more than 20.000 visitors, professionals and art lovers. Every year, Art Madrid is working on extending its presence beyond frontiers; this has gathered many renewed foreign art galleries on board. On this edition, there will be 15 stands for international galleries.

We are now opening the application period to be part of the General Program of Art Madrid 2019. The fair is focusing on national and international galleries of rising contemporary art in every form: Painting, Sculpture, Photography, Graphic, Video-Art, Installation, 3D Devices…The deadline to send applications is June 30.

With close to 2800m2 to present, Art Madrid has the latest creations of different artist on the field. The Glass Gallery is the perfect stage to make the heart of the city an important place in the contemporary art movement.

As in the last editions of Art Madrid, Art Madrid 2019 will have a guest artist. There will be held many activities in a vast range of topics that are related to contemporary art including, the relationship between art and technology, gender, and education.
