{:es}Llega a Colombia una muestra que invita a vivir las experiencias del artista Vincent Van Gogh, penetrando en la remembranza del pintor que logró ver el mundo de otro color.
La exposición Van Gogh Alive abre sus experiencias al público con tecnología que permite al espectador vivenciar a través de sus sentidos. Grandes pantallas proyectan las experiencias de este reconocido impresionista. Entre pinceladas, citas textuales y lugares del mundo, el recorrido comienza frente a varios cuadros que contextualizan la obra del artista holandés para que luego –al sumergirse en el interior del recinto– las pantallas enormes con movimientos ásperos y tonalidades clásicas, revivan ese lado oscuro pero fantástico de momentos con cielos azules y enormes paisajes.
Una a una van pasando sus obras: Los girasoles (1888), Lirios, Autorretrato o Trigal con cuervos. Parlamentos, cartas, viajes y melodías se muestran de manera cronológica, creando una historia, reviviendo a Van Gogh en imágenes.
“La manera de conocer la vida es amando varias cosas”
La frase queda estática en una pantalla negra, cita textual de Van Gogh. Su vida sigue visualizándose y aparecen los paisajes que caracterizan el arte impresionista, representaciones que plasmó sobre aquellos lugares en los que el artista vivió y que, con pequeñas pinceladas llenas de colores, interpretaban las últimas obras del artista holandés.
La experiencia sensorial incluye imágenes en el suelo y cómodos asientos, para observar con detalle la historia que se reproduce como una especie de corto a través de la novedosa tecnología, de la belleza de los paisajes, y de la irónica vida de un artista que murió a los 37 años y cuya muestra audiovisual termina con La noche estrellada (1899), proyectada en cada una de las pantallas.
La realización
Van Gogh Alive es una exposición que, además de incluir la proyección de 900 dibujos y mil pinturas del artista Vincent Van Gogh, se realiza por primera vez en Colombia con la Tecnología Sensory 4 –una novedosa herramienta que incluye software propio con 45 proyectores de última tecnología, multi pantallas de más de 7 metros de altura, que proyectan con un sistema de motion graphics, acompañado de un sonido digital envolvente–.
La muestra ha estado en 23 ciudades al rededor del mundo como como Milán (Italia), Shangai (China), Tel Aviv (Israel), Santiago de Chile (Chile) y San Petesburgo (Rusia). A principios de este año, la exposición estuvo por primera vez en Colombia en la ciudad de Medellin; estará hasta el octubre en Bogotá; y, a finales de este año, pasará por la ciudad de Cali.

The exhibition Van Gogh Alive opens its experiences to audience with a technology that allows the observer to experience through his/her senses. Big screens show the experiences of this famous impressionist. Between brushes, textual quotes, and places in the world, the tour starts with different paintings that provide context to the work of the Dutch Artist,so that later, as immersing in the interior of the facility the big screens with rough movements and classic color schemes, revives that dark but at moments amazing side with blue skies and big landscapes.
One by one his pieces are exhibited: Sunflowers (1888), Lilacs, Self-Portrait, or Wheat-field with Crows. Parliaments, letters, journeys, and melodies are chronologically showed, creating a story, reviving Van Gogh in images.
“The way of knowing life is to love many things”
The sentence remains static on a black screen, textual quote of Van Gogh. His life keeps visualizing and starts appearing the landscapes that characterize the impressionist art, representations that he captured of those places where the artist lived and, with small brushes filled with colors interpret the las works of the Dutch artist.
The sensorial experience includes images on the ground and comfortable seats to observe with detail the history reproduced as a sort of short film through the original technology, of the beauty of the landscapes, and of the ironic life of an artist that died at 37 and whose audiovisual exhibition ends with The Starry Night(1899) projected in each one of the screens.
The production
Van Gogh Alive is an exhibition that, besides including the projection of 900 draws and thousand paintings of the artist Vincent Van Gogh, is carried out for the first time in Colombia with the Sensory 4 Technology, an original tool that includes a software with 45 projectors with the latest technology, multi screens of over 7 feet tall that projects with a motion graphics system, together with a evolving digital sound.
The exhibition has been in 23 cities around the world as Milan (Italy), Shanghai (China), Tel Aviv (Israel), Santiago de Chile (Chile), and Saint Petersburg (Russia). At the beginning of this year, the exhibition opened for the first time in Colombia in the city of Medellin; it will be open until October in Bogota, and by the end of the year, it will open in the city of Cali.
