En el marco de la celebración de sus 20 años, Galería Artespacio realizó una convocatoria para un concurso de arte joven en donde se premiaron las mejores obras en pintura, escultura, grabado y fotografía.

La iniciativa ofreció una nueva plataforma para los artistas que llevasen cierto tiempo dedicados al arte, a fin de brindarles la posibilidad de destacarse y dar a conocer sus obras. Este proyecto se realizó gracias al aporte del banco BBVA a través de la Ley de Donaciones Culturales con el apoyo de la Corporación Patrimonio Cultural de Chile.

La invitación abarcó cuatro disciplinas, los cuales fueron galardonados con el primer premio: Ofelia Andrades, en pintura; Gonzalo Contreras, en escultura; Juan Francisco Martínez, en grabado; y Fiorella Angellini, en fotografía.

El pasado 30 de mayo finalizó la convocatoria al concurso Artespacio Joven 2015 con más de 200 postulaciones. Esta exitosa primera etapa del concurso da cuenta del gran entusiasmo y participación que tienen los artistas jóvenes acerca del arte contemporáneo.
{:}{:en}Concerning the 20th anniversary of the gallery, a gathering for a young art contest was done. The best artworks, sculptures, engravings, and photographs were rewarded.
The initiative offers a new platform for artists that have spent time dedicated to art. This platform grants them possibilities of being well-known and makes their works popular. This project was done thanks to the support of BBVA bank by means of the Cultural Donation Law supported by the Chilean Cultural Patrimony Corporation.
The invitation encopmpasses four disciplines, which were awarded with the first prize: Ofelia Andrades, painting; Gonzalo Contreras, sculptgure; Juan Francisco Martinez, Engraving; and Fiorella Angllini, photography.
Last May 30th, the gathering for the Artespacio Joven 2015 contest ended. It had more than 200 people signing on. This successful stage of the contest shows the big enthusiasm and participation young artists have concerning contemporary art.
