La primera patita ya estaba en pie. Los ganadores del Fondart regional recibían su condecoración y la noticia unos días atrás y hoy los Fondart nacional ya se dieron a conocer y vieron la luz. En resumidas cuentas fue el teatro la disciplina que se adjudicó mayoritariamente parte de los $3.200 millones que serán destinados a proyectos con el fin de fomentar el arte en nuestro Chile.
En el ámbito de las Artes Visuales fueron Nelly Richards y Lotty Rosenfeld las principales beneficiadas con $26 y $30 millones respectivamente. La primera de ellas producirá un video documental sobre las prácticas del arte local entre la década del 2005 y el 2015 y la segunda, en nombre de la Editorial Puro Chile, realizará un libro retrospectivo con la obra de Rosenfeld.
A su vez, Claudio Correa, instalará un barco en el hall del Museo de Bellas Artes con los $18 millones que se le adjudicaron tratando el tema de inmigración, siendo esta la apuesta más creativa del listado de ganadores.
El Consejo Nacional de la Cultura y de las Artes (CNCA) otorgó las sumas anuales de fomento a la cultura, poniendo en primer representante, con más de 55 millones de pesos a Ramón Griffero. El chileno, tiene a su haber la creación de las compañías Teatro Fin de Siglo y El Trolley. Sus obras proponen una cruda y al tiempo, aguda mirada del panorama acontecido durante la dictadura militar. Él, exiliado, definió el país en ruinas, depositario de cuerpos, despojado.
Muchas de sus obras fueron estrenadas antes y después de su retorno. Con polémica siempre, su trayectoria hoy lo hace acreedor de uno de los primeros premios del Fondart con el que reestrenará 99 La Morgue y trabajará en la escritura de su próxima obra dramática.
La fotografía dejó también su huella en esta entrega de recursos. Más de $ 50 millones se adjudicó el fotógrafo Claudio Pérez por Qapaq Ñan, la visión del chasqui, proyecto que registrará el antiguo Camino del Inca en territorio chileno.
