Kong Ning es pintora y artista. Vive en Pekín y como todos sus compatriotas, ha empezado a reconocer la mascarilla anti polución como uno de los infaltables a la hora de salir a la calle.
Deben ir siempre con ellas porque en China la contaminación medioambiental está llegando a niveles inalcanzables y el problema no parece mejorar, sino todo lo contrario. En respuesta a este fenómeno y por efecto de la manifestación expresión más explícita de su pesar por el asunto, Kong Ning se pasea por el centro de la ciudad vestida de novia. Pero no es cualquier traje, por supuesto que no. Su blanco traje está hecho de máscaras y su slogan es “Cásate con el cielo azul”. Usa también en su atuendo los colores de la alerta y el peligro, como rojo y naranja.
«Para el traje de novia usé 999 máscaras. Tardé dos días en coserlo. Se trata de expresar mi amor por la naturaleza y mi preocupación por este problema. A la gente le encantan las rarezas, así que utilizo esta actitud para conmocionar al público», asegura la artista a un medio español.
