#CactusMagazine: cuenta de instagram triunfa con el amor a los cactus y se vuelve revista

Bajan los #cats, suben los #cactus». Este es el lema de la cuenta en instagram de CactusMagazine que ya tiene más de 60.000 seguidores y que se espera para a fin de año ya tener su revista impresa. El proyecto que nace en Barcelona de Carlitos y Patricia, intentan demostrar que los cactus no sólo están de moda, sino que también, pueden llegar a ser arte.

El proyecto CactusMagazine, comenzó con una especie de experimento que intentaba estudiar a las comunidades, al igual que con los #catslovers, donde las personas enseñaban al público su amor por los gatos de la manera más original y artística en instagram. Sin embargo, los cactus se salieron de lo normal y fue tanto la cactusmanía que #CactusMagazine ya ha recibido más de 90.000 hashtag en su cuenta de instagram.

La selección depende del valor fotográfico, artístico y claramente el valor de ser un cactus de la manera más original. No todas las fotografías deben representar cactus reales, ya que no es sólo para expertos en botánica. Carlitos y Patricia tienen su propia teoría sobre el motivo de que los cactus estén tan de moda y aseguran que son un poco como las personas: «Como objetos, son espectaculares. Como seres vivos, son supervivientes. Y aunque la mayoría pincha, también pueden dar flores».
