From Where We Are, From Where We Come, To Where We Go
2024, velajes-banners: printing on intervened raw fabric, slip, sigils, faux gold leaf, natural pigments, resaflex, plastic supports, 220 x 140 cm, 220 x 140 cm, and 220 x 120 cm.

This project fractures the liberal nature of time with images of same-sex individuals, placed today to challenge our path forward.

Due to their dimensions, the images directly engage with the viewer, and today, the works look back at us because they have stepped down from the pedestal to be part of the exhibition. They are created on prints with slips to remind us of who we are.
