La Moneda Cultural Center invites us to be part of Midnight Museums

Until 0:00 O’clock will be open La Moneda Cultural Center this November Friday 16th, showing exhibitions and activities with free entry, as part of Midnight. This time, Sankara group, formed by Charango player Fernanda Mosqueda and guitarrist Felipe Valdés, will show its Latin American music proposal in the footbridge on Level -2, from 20:30.

This November 16th, CCLM Will participate in the Midnight Museums cultural initiative with exhibitions, music and cinema shows with free entry.

Amidst the exhibitions will be Galería Patrimonio Chileno (level -1) with its exhibition Imaginario del Maule, coming from O’Higginiano Museum and Fine Arts of Talca exhibiting a representative part of pieces of Museum of the Maule region.

Also in Level -1 Piensa en mí: Chronic about bolero and the sentimental song in Chile (1938-1965), that deals with the bolero history in Chile through a narrative built by The Chilean National History Museum. In the Design Gallery in level -2 the exhibition Muebles Singal: Chilean design pioneer in moulded wood can be seen and in Chilean Photography Gallery in Level -3 the exhibition Geomática Visual. 36°49´37.45”S  73°03´00.73”W .

The Cineteca Nacional Will show from 22:00 hours the refreshed version of Los artistas plásticos de Chile (1960), in the hall of Cine Documental. The film by Jorge Di Lauro and Nieves Yankovic is 16 minutes long in which they visit the workshop of outstanding Chilean painter and sculptor, in addition to register the first Plastic Art Fair of Parque Forestal. Will be broadcast continuously until midnight.
