Zona Maco and Lima Photo initiate photography fairs in Latin America

In Latin America, there are three major photography fairs. The main goals of these fairs are to position, present and establish the career of different artists dedicated to art photography.

Mexico and Peru are covering the streets of their capital cities in order to show collectors, curators and gallery owners the best of art photography through specialized fairs. Both fairs start in August 22nd with the Preview for Collectors. Today, they open their doors to a massive audience.

Lima photo

The Lima’s fair is constituted by 18 confirmed galleries, and it will be open in August 23rd to 25th, from 4 to 9 pm. In Sunday 26th, it will be open from 2 to 9 pm. In this fair, you can find the Sura Award that was given to the Peruvian artist Eduardo Villanes, which is represented by the Gallery (photograph on the cover).

Zona Maco Foto

With the support of ZONA MACO, leading art fair in Latin America, ZONA MACO SÁLON and ZONA MACO FOTO are the best meeting point for the most important and international exhibitors of photography, antiques and popular art.

In the 4th edition of Zona Maco Foto, 18 galleries from different part of America are presented. There, a selection of vintage, modern and contemporary photographs can be appreciated.
