Artist Magdalena Prado explores the multiple possibilities of installations with “Diurna”

“DIURNA” is the name of the upcoming individual exhibition by artist Magdalena Padre in the Museum of Decorative Arts (Recoleta 683) from November 9th to January 30th, 2018.

On November 9th, the Museum of Decorative Arts will inaugurate a sample by Magdalena Prado, in collaboration with the platform One Moment Art (OMA). The young Chilean artist will showcase her installation work with different materials, dimensions, transformed and weakened planes.

Five main objects will be the axis of this important exhibition. A cloak, a cross, three stained glass pieces, variations of paper mache shapes and a video that alludes to the concepts in her work and the contemporary approach that defines Prado’s style. †
The sample opens on November 9th and the general public will be able to visit it until January 30th, 2018.
