Gaku is the Japanese artist that has transformed food into art, carving complex pattern on fruits and vegetables.

Japanese art called mukimono (meaning “stripped product”) has become an attractive way of presenting food in 16th century. One of the things that characterize this type of carving is that the artist must be quick at the moment of carving due to the oxidation of fruits.
